Payment & Shipping

Shipping destinations:

We offer shipping within Germany and to certain EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria and 23 others).

Shipping costs:

• Germany:

• Standard shipping (2-4 business days): Free for orders over €50, €4.99 for orders under €50.

• EU (European Union):

• Standard International (2-8 business days): €13.99 for all orders.

Processing time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Customs and import duties:

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

Transport damage:

If the goods were damaged during shipping, please report the damage to the carrier immediately and contact us. Transport damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Return policy and return costs:

Returns within Germany are free of charge. For international returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipment tracking:

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

Shipping restrictions:

We currently do not offer shipping outside the EU.
