We recommend taking no more than two 9g servings per day—just find what works best for you! Don't forget, you can mix it with almost anything—water, milk, coffee, tea, whatever you like ;)

Some people prefer to take a break for a few days every now and then, or increase or decrease their dosage on certain days to suit their lifestyle and needs—but it can, of course, be taken every day without any problems.
